Once again that time has come where my bank account is so far in the red I have to reach into the ever depleting bike box to try and nudge it into the acceptable debt bracket. This sale thread will be regularly updated as I have to clear a LOT of stuff, so, if you see anything on my Flickr links you're interested in, make me an offer...
Everything below that doesn't yet have a photo link should have by tomorrow.
Dinotte front and rear 120 lumen - 2x 4 cell lithium packs, 1x2 cell lithium both regularly charged, a full mile of attachment bands, 2 chargers, Y-cable adapter and helmet adapter - £110
Diadora road cycling shoes – size 43, repainted black from silver with proper shoe dye, used on the trainer only so very little wear - £15 109mm Campagnolo bb – cones and bearings show some wear but no pitting, spins smoothly - £sold
Formula front hub – 32 hole, silver, once owned by the mighty Mr. Scoble himself. Very little wear - £12
Shimano 105 br5500 brakeset – silver, one set of pads and holders have been replaced by generic plastic holders aside from that they’re in excellent condition. £sold
Dolan steel track frame and Alpina forks – 56cttx56ctc - originally sold to me as a training frame used by Craig McLean in keirin preparations, whatever, this is plenty stiff and light. I loved this frame but managed to strip the bb threads during a particularly obstinate removal, this was repaired by Lee Cooper and now has a wonderful scar under the bb shell. Forks are standard carbon numbers branded Alpina, the same model you’ll see on Kageroo, Mash and a million other OTP wonderbikes. They’re a little chipped but perfectly functional. With a little sanding, or a hell of a lot of stickers this’d rat-bike £sold
2x rigida 32 hole rims with msw - used but no wear on brake tracks – £10 each.
Columbus Max pursuit frame and forks – 56ctcx59ctc – awesome frame, bi-laminate seat tube cluster, wishbone stays – check the photos. I love this bike but it’s marginally too long for me . Two dings from falling off a table while being photographed – not massive and easily filled by Ryan at Oak cycles if they bother you. £sold
1” Chris King sotto voice aheadset – used with a few small marks - £sold
Sram GXP bb – Italian threaded; fitted and immediately removed - £15
2x 1”Chris king threaded headset adapters – basically the top section of the gripnut headsets that King sell separately to anyone wanting to carry their King over from an ahead setup to threaded. Battered one - £12 new one - £sold
single Avid BB5 mechanical disc brake with 180front 160rear isis adapter - £12 - 1) Harold
Shimano M647 plastic platform spds – all the advantages of the ones above but lighter (and black) – very good condition - £32
In the interests of honesty I’ve got to say that things are pretty hectic in my world at the moment so collections from w1 and sw16 will be given priority.
