Hello Ladies! I'm a bit of a long time lurker, but thought I should say hi. I feel a little bit hypocritical because I don't ride fixed, but I do love riding my bike. I'm based in London and ride a Surly CrossxCheck as my do-all bike and am currently building up an Omega road bike with my guy (bought the frame from Dammit on the forum).

I'm aiming to do more weekend riding this year rather than just commuter miles and hopefully meet more people who love riding too!

We're a bit less po-faced about what you ride in this corner of the forum as long as you love whatever 2 wheeled device you've got!

Come along on one of our rides sometime, you'd be very welcome : ) And yo! Congrats on moving out of the lurking shadows!

We have drinks this Friday if you fancy a half pint or two. At least two of us will be nursing our drink having sold a kidney each to buy Rapha femmes clothing last weekend - lol

Yes, the first bit of titanium in our flat (much to Mr Cake's chagrin, since he attempted to get a Ti frame last year but it fell through). It does look incredible, and it's so light! Hopefully it will be ready to ride on the Surrey Rumble this weekend.

Hello, name is Crystal. I'm based in Brighton but originally from Sydney.

I've got a single speed that is my pride and joy. Going to be doing the London to Brighton ride for the second time this year... don't think I'm gutsy enough to do it on my single speed however! Any of you ladies tried that? Those hills...argh!

Yo! Crystal! A load of us did Ldn-Brighton, including Ditchling on my birthday last year - and on fixed and single speed! Was an ace day!
