I've given up too. I even resented when she gave me free cookies the other week (which I looooove) as she'd spent the whole rest of the evening telling everyone to sit down and shut up as if we are kids. It was like she was doing a carrot and stick approach.
Oh...and I should just qualify 'venemous response' (not quite Ben, I'd go with 'strong yet appropriate').... all I said was "Excuse me, we are paying customers here....
.....so could you just tone down that shit."
