    There haven't been any other waiting staff the last few times I've been so I suspect they are trying to cut staff costs and running it between themselves. Given that leaves them a bit shorthanded you can understand why they are not keen on the inconvenience of customers coming in and paying them for food. Not sure how sustainable a business model that is but good luck to them and goodbye.
