Look mate, (assuming you are not trolling) you don't desperately need advice. You need some practice in using your brain independently.
There are some valid reasons for needing 50mm carbon rims - all of which can be found both in marketing guff and on various bike forums. Skidding around the east end is not really one of them.
If you want them for the look, then that's cool. But just be aware that they're not a practical rim for riding round town. If you can't afford to replace a bike part, don't buy it. If you're worried about it breaking when skidding, don't skid.
