1) Carbon geared road bike. The nice bike for racing and long road rides
2) geared CX bike. For cyclo-cross, maybe light touring
3) Polo bike
4) Steel track bike
5) winter road bike (not quite a beater but kinda)
6) SS/Fixed beater (pub bike)
7) MTB, prob a cross-country, do it all kind
8) specific long distance tourer
