Well, is the whole ball, over the whole line?

Hard to say from that image, it's certainly close, though I don't think it's fully over, but it's at an angle, and you don't know what happened before and after..

Hard to say, but Atkinson had a better view than all of the photos I have seen. I would hope that he was 100% sure that it was in before awarding the goal. But what do I care? Whichever team won yesterday, football would still have been the loser.
