I do it alot.....when I realise riding brakeless and drunk is a fucking stupid idea

I always carry enough dosh to get a cab home with my bike in case of a mechanical that cannot be fixed at the side of the road. Once a seat post bolt broke and, although I rode 10 or 12 miles out of the saddle, I was delighted when I eventually saw a cab. Another time, my bottom braket broke and I immediately hailed a cab. Not a good idea to try and ride with only one pedal.

A nice bus driver let me take my bike on his beloved big red once. i think it's because i looked like i was about to cry (snapped down tube).
