My time was 26.50, according to my ancient Garmin. I'll check the Park Run site later to see what they made it. My fingers are still freezing so I'll have to wear thicker gloves next time.
Shower and large breakfast now. I'm happy with my efforts and my lungs didn't shut down. Yay!
