I did speak to someone at O'Neills, yes, but as I said they're quite clueless. They basically said if there was a bulk order then there would be a discount. No mention of how many or how much. They did give me a contact if you're interested.

It seems like they told you sth quite different than what they told me. Think I am going to give that woman a call on Monday and find out. But I guess it's probably not worth the hassle. Maybe a group buy just to save on postage?
