Running

Really !!! Best of luck for Sunday I will try and keep an eye out for you amongst the many that will be there running .

I can't say I'm looking forward to it. Also people keep asking me things like 'so do you think you'll do it in sub 4 hours then?' at which point I start laughing hysterically.

I am assuming there will be other slow crap people there who are rubbish at running and only managed three training runs; if this isn't the case it's going to be quite embarrassing.
