Running

Without reading through this entire thread, is it actually worth getting one of these gait checks done at somewhere like Runners Need? If so, how much is it likely to cost? Ordinarily I'd say balls to it and get a pair of Walsh trail shoes but since my knee is fucked it feels like I walk with my toes pointing slightly inwards now so I don't want to destroy my joints without someone telling me it's OK first.

Yes, definitely worth getting checked out properly - it's free! I went to Runners Need at Holborn and they were really nice and didn't laugh at my Forrest Gump style run.
