Best MTB tyres?

Maxxis Crossmarks are fairing pretty well all year round and roll pretty fast on the tarmac

This is what you want. small lugs close enough together not to produce tyre buzz.

I stand by my Small block 8s though. They roll really well, and shed mud far better than the design suggests*.

(*I have the CX version though).
