Help Converting Suntour Freewheel hub to fixed

I have just bought an old carbon disc wheel, which is nicely build, a little tatty but spins for ages :-). It has a Suntour Freehub and 6 speed block attached and I'm yet to get this off and have a proper look at the problem, so this post is a little premature, So I;m looking for some insight into the problems I'm gonna find.

What else should I worry about?

I'm guessing I can lash up a suicide set up and I run two brakes for big hills in the winter, although the disc is for TT's, but I'm after an ideal chain line.

Would that not just unscrew as soon as you put any backwards force/resistance on the pedals?

I think we are talking freewheels, not freehubs here.

That adapter will work to aid the chainline on a freewheel system. It won't work fixed as I understand.

I thought that fixed is what it was all about "IF YOUR CONVERTING YOUR GEARED BIKE TO FIXED WHEEL"
and whether you're going to brake on it or not is whether you use the glue. The question is whether Suntour thread is the same as shimano? i guess

I've just switched a Suntour freewheel with a Shimano one on an old rear wheel. They both threaded on fine. If it works for those, shouldn't be any different for your situation.

Freewheel threads are standard as Ben says.

I think personally I'd look for a more sophisticated solution than glueing on an adapter with a fixed cog. Maybe someone here as more experience of these glued-on adapters though. I've had enough trouble with glued-together frames to want to avoid that sort of thing.
