Looks lovely, good work.
The seatpost you're using has a setback clamp so a 'layback' one won't help unless you find an old school BMX one.
However to get a bit of extra reach you could look at a similar set of bars that curve a few inches more to the front but are very similar, Raleigh do some for about £10 if I remember.
