Have it when you start work at Evans. I'll programme it all for you so it's easy to pronounce.
"Fyx yt yorself"
"I am byzzee"
"I hayt yoo"

Actually, that's not fair on Evans.

Unfortunately it's no one remotely exciting. However, I've just found a quick PTC he did for another programme at another company and this is the transcription that was ACTUALLY broadcast on ACTUAL television:
He's at an event and trying to describe it. I've redacted the name of the event.
"Ok, so we're here at ----- ... and... you know this is the..bit where there's all the... stuff going on. It's sort of got the guys with the... er... sort of security things.. in their ears and stuff. And what's interesting is that there is no one in this... bit. Uhm (looks confused). That the party is down there. It's a moment. It is a moment."

HA! I wish. I quite like Ortis.

Is it an NT2-A or just an NT2?

Just checked.
It's the 2 along with cable/cage/guard etc.
^ Not my photo but exactly that set-up plus pop guard + XLR:

I keep starting to play the Ortis video above but have to pause it and shake violently every time he starts talking. Poor bastard.

To be fair it's probably not his fault. Director has probably told him to wrap it up only to realise he's short of time and yelled in his earpiece to say goodbye..

At least he had seen some action.

Perhaps the director told him he was too fat for a two-piece and it threw him?

I've had directors tell me worse in my ear..

Contrary to the evidence provided by Will, teleprompters can be very useful. So you should all rush with offers to buy mine before it's too late and you end up being booted off the talent team for a major sporting event.

i'm not sure what to say about all this...
Anyone want to buy a teleprompter from me?

Bought it new in a hurry last year when a certain presenter couldn't remember his lines. Used it for that day only. Has sat collecting dust since then in a luminous green Nicaraguan Tourist Board bag (so I don't have the box/original packaging I'm afraid)
I suddenly remembered I had it this morning and got it out - perfect nick by the looks of it. Comes with the 7inch lilliput monitor and the q-start software and license on a USB plus all the various cables and connectors for either hand held or camera mounting.
(Note: Though the power cable, for a reason I can't remember, was split in half by the technical team at the time - it still works but those not happy with fiddling about with live cables might consider getting a new adapter.)
We paid 695 inc vat for it. Cheapest I can find for a new one is about 670 inc vat.
£500?
I also have a Rode NT2 including the mouth guard and full clamp/screw kit for a voice-over booth. Comes with whatever XLR cable you need. Seems to be between 200-299 online. £150?
