A Ritchey WCS stem in wet black might look visually better than the 3t. Also they're not too pricey and fairly light.
Also if you get one that's got a drop rather than 0 degree, it'd give you a straight line stem and allow you to pop a spacer or two under the stem to even out the proportions.
But that's all just aesthetics really.
Yeah, the stem just doesn't match it visually at all, although it is a -6° (I think the angle of the photo is a bit misleading). Tempted to get the 'black series' version of the same stem, although after coughing up for the chainset, this bike is getting a bit spendy.
It maybe ought to have an inline post as well, the saddle feels like it's a tiny fraction too far back but the clamp is at the edge of the knurled section of the saddle rails.
