Oak Cycles - Frame repair, custom build, welding/brazing

It gives me the greatest pleasure to let you know that I have just taken delivery of my new handbuilt custom Oak cycles frame.

I first met Ryan on recommendation of Brixton Cycles and bizarrely he took over the workshop that Ross Allan had previously built up in SE1.
I knew and liked Ross, so this seemed great.
We got on really well and since then and over many cups of tea we have created a full 853 custom frame.
I wanted something simple and also to carry over as many of the bits from my pink one as possible. I chose white for health and safety reasons really as it looks so bright.

Sliding vertical dropouts - great as I can remove wheel easily, keep chain tension and no need to mess around moving mudguards....

Since January Ryan has done a magnificent job to create my dream frame. Last week he and Nik from LMNH built it up. When I went to collect it I was almost in tears - it is beautiful
and when I rode it for the first time it was easy to see what you get for your money - the frame is super stiff, really responsive and rides like a dream.

So if you are after something really special, Ryan is your man.
