If I try to put myself in the mind of the customer. I'm thinking "I want something special for cruising around the country roads, with a certain balance of comfort and ride. That me me smile as much to look at, as to ride"
I would'nt be thinking about the fractional increase in flex the stem/bar design allows. If I was, I'd have be throwing my money at an all together different bike.
