Rapha, nice but a bit pricey?

I have a question.
I got a Rapha jersey at the last summer sale 8 months ago. I used it like once a week, and now the seams of the backpockets have started to come undone (so now the center pocket has two holes the size of a finger). Do you think I can ge this fixed/replaced by Rapha free of charge ?
