Ellsworth 650c/700c track frame, apparently for polish track team?
Never knew Ellsworth (of 90s sexy mtb fame) even made a road let alone a track!
Quite unusual looking, but like it, pitty wrong size, kinda hoping that 700c + 23c would get up real tight to that seat tube.

actually they look pretty tight! Fork is pengy on that though, needs aero blades
Think the frame is ano too. I actually REALLY fancy one of those, one of the few frames that really appeal to me.
