My knees been giving me gipp for the last couple of days, and I'd best let it settle down properly, before I put another TNRC into it. So my spot on the Victoria train is now free. My first bedwetting of the season, I am excited by this, hoping it's not a regular occurrence...

Unseasonal Nikolaus on top of the hill yesterday?

I'm more fucked up from the 10 miles of walking at slow speed on Friday, and the lounging around on Saturday (a rare occurrence). Sunday was trying to ride off the leisure-DOMS. Makes me distrustful of taking it easy in future.

I'm bailing on this one - it was to be my firs, sob. But baby sitting calls as my wife "forgot" she was out.

I won't do this list, but I won't be at either peckham rye or nunhead, so don't stop the train on my behalf.

Is there any chance someone on the Blackfriars train could move to the Victoria train as I've got no hope of getting across town.

Or just keep updated if you're going to drop out.
