I know those guys, they are friends of a friend. Will be calling them on Monday, but from memories and their current list, they don't really have much south of the river. And this artist wants somewhere, well kind of posh rather than a warehouse, which makes it just that much harder.

In fact, if anybody knows if any house could be turned into a live/work space if the landlord agrees and has premission from the council? Just thinking his work is never really studio based, his work is location mostly so his studio is just an office for his assistants to work.
Hey guys, I am looking for a large live/work space on behalf of a very successful American artist who is relocating himself in London this summer. He is looking for somewhere big and central / south London area, more central than south that is. He has a very good budget. I think if his ideal locations are no go, any central ish locations will be considered.
To be honest, I don't even know if there is any live/work space in any central location, but I am only the messenger...
If anyone know of anywhere, any agent, anythings, you happen to go pass somewhe and see some letting signs... Any info is appreciated.
Knowing him, I think whoever is able to actually find him his ideal space, there might be a commission of some kind.
I take no commission in doing this, he is merely a kind of a friend, a connection I have in my artistic career. And I am just a nice person after all.
A strange place to post this ad I know, but this very forum does surprise me from time to time, so worth a try, I think.
Thanks a lot.
