how many speed is the rear derailleur for the arabesque gear set?

what's the clamp size on the brake lever?

i would say 6 speed for the derailler.

How are the first two even remotely nos?

the bars are nearly nos because i bought them nos and mounted them on the not nos stem but rode the bike twice to the bread shop ( not far ) so are very close to being nos.
