LV tubes are £7 at my lbs, that's motivation right there. The best was when I had to bridge a pinch flat, 4 patches on one repair... Boom!

Surely this person would have better luck building a bike on a budget by getting involved and making contacts in their local cycling community rather than begging to people on the other side of the world?
