just bear in mind that the qualifier is for both the UK and Ireland, so awarding spots based on a London/UK league or tourney seems rather presumptuous. Chances are that the team who win the league will get a spot anyway, so I can't see it being too much of an advantage for them.
Also, it seems most of the discussion for organising the euro qualifier is in the UKHBPA forum, which I'm not sure we have access to. I doubt it would change anything, but the players who plan on going might like to know what's happening in the discussion regarding dates etc.
