How about £30 and the knowledge you have helped a plastic go to Wembley?

Sad sad story of my hometown club. I spent a huge part of my childhood at the Drill Field, I've only been three times since they moved.
Sounds terrible but after they sold the ground and got took over by crooks I just couldn't be fucked with them any more. Added to that they've been relegated three times in the past few years for off-pitch matters, once after overcoming a ten-point penalty to avoid a relegation for footballing matters, only to have more points docked for shoddy administration.
When another local team, Chester FC, sacked off their Liverpool gangland owner and reformed as a fan-run club, I decided to get behind them. Hope the same thing can happen for Vics.

Well done Chelsea. Getting knocked out in the semi-finals is still a grand achievement.

Yes. The nearly men again
Should be an easy three points for you lot at the weekend to ease your relegation worries

Liverpool are closer to relegation than winning the league, I find that amusing. Come Easter they'll probably be closer to relegation than a Champions League spot which is even funnier. Kit deals and PL survival are the new trophies...

Meireles scored a good goal last last night, doing one over on the fans that jeered you whenever you've played against them must be quite sweet.
Chelsea are of course massive underdogs for the Barca tie, we were of course massive underdogs for the return leg against Napoli and we all knew how that worked out.
If there's any team that can upset Barca it'll be Chelsea, they really don't like to play against us but personally I expect us to get a beating, aggregate goal difference will probably be more than 4.

Yup, I reckon we'll get mugged... If we can play consistently well over both legs we stand a chance, but we haven't been able to do that lately... We've had some epic battles with Barca in the past...
Only 180mins away from Munich...

This european distraction will help secure chelsea their 6th place.. its all good.
I actually tipped them to win in europe when AVB was there, not time to establish a solid league run but enough in the head box to navigate a european run.Now its a load of overpaid old boys out to prove they still have it, a hugely ineffective overpaid spaniard desperate to show he has it and a few run a bouts. given the very nature of football i'd say they still are in with a shout. the papers would love it

Exactly. Barca aren't as tight as they were but create tons of chances, and scoring for fun in europe.. now many times have you seen a team piss the entire competition and go on to win?? doesn't really happen...

enjoy your last two games in the european cup
they might be your last for quite some while, and don't knock the kit deals you may need them to keep you financially fair -

Barcelona did exactly that last year. This year they've "struggled" a bit more than previous years. The CL has not been one by the same team 2 years in a row in it's current format, if any team are able to break that jinx it'll be Barcelona, which would also cement their place as the best club side in the history of football.
Real Madrid got to the semi finals without playing a single team from Italy, Spain, Germany or England. The Bayern game will be a real eye opener for them to see where they're at.

©KKKNot the first time in recent memory either...
It's a season of rebuilding a fair few results have been bad mainly due to us really needing a goal scorer. I suspect we'll see more change over the summer and I think Kenny will keep his job... Time is crucial for managers, we're not chelsea so lets not behave like them

Personally I'm looking forward for the car crash fixtures list of your beloved LFC next year. Should he still be in charge, KKK will come out moaning and groaning like the Scottish **** he is that it's too much to ask of his young and inexperienced team.

Nervous about the next game - still very excited to see it though.
Also Jaw good point about no team winning it more that 2 years.

Really, you spend the best part of £80m on 2 players to score goals and 1 to provide them with the balls and you're saying that you need players who score goals. What you really need is a manager who's got a clue on how the game works in the year 2012. Not some 1980's time warp. It's like LFC stepped in a time machine and don't know how to get out. I really hope that LFC stick to KKK for a very long time.
Can't extend to that. I've just paid for a holiday
