I bought this about a month ago to replace my broken US iPhone. I'm going back to the States now and have no need for it. It's Unlocked and I've used 3, o2, and GiffGaff in it already.

It includes the iPhone and a UK power adapter pictured.

should be a black gap in the alu band on the right of the phone as well as on the left - it's a design feature that's unique to the 4S.

the 4 only comes in 16 and 32 no? (and now 8) so if its a 4 not a 4s, its also not 64 gb
