Be prepared, as we need to organise/finalise the following, less than a week to go!

Polo cat (checkpoints/challenges/map/rules)
GNR roller racing (format/transport/set up)
Timescales (for everything)
People doing what & when (confirm availability/ability)
Prizes (need to get together & decide for what prize for what win)
Please add anything else, so we can all think about it/ do something about it beforehand if possible.
