So, i've decided that all good frames deserve to go to cargo heaven.
I built my own polo bike on a course in portland a while back, nothing fancy just 4130 mtb-ish looks, but it was the first frame i ever built.
I then travelled with it a whole bunch and at some point along the way i think my axle must have dinged my DT right where it meets the HT. As i was riding home one day it cracked:
So, to revitalise it, i'm turning it into a cycle truck. I have bought some cheap 20" forks, a nice long HT, new DT and a 1 1/8th steerer.
this is what i have designed on bike cad:
i'm going to make the back wheel a 26" with an alfine, and i'm going to braze attachments on the HT and DT so i can swap out the racks.
