A bike cafe would be cool. I've heard a couple of well known bike people in Mcr talk about doing it before now but nothing ever came of it. Part of the problem is that Eurosport is a subscription service. While not to bad for a domestic subscription they charge a lot more for commercial use in pubs and the like. While you can risk it the fines if they catch you are harsh. I'm not sure if there would be enough people to cover the cost for events. A general cafe might work but it would be a brave person to take the risk in the current climate.
