^This, plus, it really doesn't LOOK comfortable does it? Seat and bar angle? Lower the seatpost, level the saddle, tilt the bars upwards so that the end of the bars is horizontal/pointing slightly downwards.. In this posotion the hoods should be on a somewhat horizontal position.. From there, tinker onwards, but that is the neutrally most comfortable position.. Ignore everything I said if the current setup is the fruit of a lot of tinkering..
