Compression clothing banned this year in UCI events?

Thanks for that. Still impossible to police if you wear a compression base layer and only take your skinsuits off in private.
Seems a very bizarre rule and like most of the UCI's current attitude, petty and unecessary. Though banning the ridiculous Sphinx handlebar should have been done last year.

I'm not sure if sphinx bars are banned or not from that, I *think *they are just using it as an example of a 'technical innovation' that would need to be approved before use, rather than banning them, but I could be wrong.
