At the bottom of the hill heading east, before you get to the Kingsmead Estate. A cyclist was being looked at by paramedics. Didn't look in a good state.

No sign of any other vehicles.

It was a fixed/single speed bicycle.

The edge of the road is pretty sketchy down that hill, loads of big lumps/ridges as if the tarmac has been scrunched up.
