matt have a look at richer sounds
prices are usually good
they do all manner of speakers from floorstanders down to small bookshelf speakers
the stuff they sell is sually quite good quality
you'll be looking at £150 ish i know that isn't small monies but it's probably worth getting new speakers as old ones can get a bit bashed around sound quality decreases
