  • I know that when calculating functional threshold power, they say you can just go flat out for 20 mins and it works out that 95% of that average power will be your 60 min/FTP.

    Is there a calculation for other durations? My regular training route takes 90 minutes and I can't be bothered/know of a convenient route to do a 20/60 minute effort so I'm looking for a conversion factor for either my 90 minute power figure or the max 60 minute section of that 90 minute ride.
