    Social media advertising does work for some - it all depends on the client. Old Spice is a fairly good example, with their viral videos. It can also provide a lot of insight into the consumer, as you can find out their opinions, needs and wants.

    I agree about agencies being social specific, it's better to be an integrated agency that can provide your client with a 360 campaign.
