Regarding Regal's chainset...

TA rings are very good. Spa Cycles or Parker International have them, they have the pins so shift well.

Also I'm the owner of a 52/39 6600 (silver) chainset and should probably be riding with a compact.

...swaps?

Can't do silver, sorry. :)
