    It's made me realise that we need to add some 'safety' drills into the coaching repertoire - by that I mean safer ways to defend/block etc. along with some shoulder-to-shoulder drills. Traditionally, Manchester haven't been all that adept with the physical side of the game IMHO. Done well it can be a subtle and safe art, done badly it just causes all sorts of physical and mental trouble!
