I loved my freecoaster. I didn't make any amazing customisations to it though, just kept the thing rolling by replacing busted driver bearings and trying whichever technique KHE had put out that week to stop it happening.
I did turn an old pleg into a grind guard, which when coupled with a gland ment that you couldn't get near the hubshell. This was learnt through experience as the one I had before was so beat up you couldn't remove the non drive side bearing and therefore couldn't service it fully.
