Rarely do I spot BDW. On the way back from RP is a good bet tho'. So yesterday am earlyish was good. Alright Gaffer!
spotted a guy in a forum shirt at whirly-gig, crucifix lane this morning.
i think i may have breifly chatted to you, but the finer details escape meCan't really believe Whirl-Y-Gig is still going! But I am somehow comforted that it is. I used to go when it was at Belsize Park and another venue before that escapes me, back in 88 or 89 I think. Happy days. :)

Chap on a Cube Agree (?) with FFWD 50mm carbon rims plus mudguards, and SPD pedals commuting down the OKR.
He was fairly convincing when he told me that the (massive) cyclist on a green fixed we had both just passed was David Walliams, although he later revealed that he had been pullling my leg.

The Fair Weather Peloton was out in force this morning, RLJing like a bunch of cunts.
On my way in, I rode past the spot on Deptford Church Street where a young rider was tragically killed on Friday evening. It was a heartbreaking sight, and served to bring the stupidity of many of my fellow cyclists this morning into stark relief.
