i was looking for an Allen & Heath V6 rotary, that sounds fabulous, but i've heard the E&S DJR400 is the king of all of them, new and old (70s).

essentially, the sound is the main thing i want to get right. also heard the isolator on the E&S is meant to be fantastic....

@Pistanator - table/mount made by yourself? i have my setup (2x technics like you) on top of an ikea expedit 4x2 (with an extra 2x2 on the end). so i'd have to chop etc to fit it in.

It's an IKEA kitchen top with shelf underneath, got a B&D jig saw on it

my slow typing has let me down again. the technics are mk2's right? mk3s and i would have taken them off your hands!
