Riding MCR to Derby today (55), perfect conditions. Having a snack at Parsley Hay, the bulk of the hard work done, managed to get a tow up Long Hill at 16mph thanks to 4 guys doing a century on single speeds - one a Rapha Team rider (called Dave I think).
Get yer factor 25+ out everyone, there'll be some burning today...
