Is this what you want? They are 12 mm and there is a quill convertor AND bar tape,
They have only been used on the track, and are absolutely mint, must be worth $$$$$$$$$$$$$$!

I only ever used them on my mercian, and bought a quill adapter when I bought the bars, so never really bothered to check what size they were.
