I am 6"3". I reckon 5'10" to 6" ish would be best fit. @clausr thanks for the offer but that's far cheaper than I am willing to go. The seatpost could be replaced with a longer one for a bit more adjustment.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
I purchased this bike as a sunday bike with the intention of making it "fit" but alas it is far too small. Spec and pictures are below. The complete set is on my flickr.
