Thanks for the info. I figured Renault were probably on Campagnolo with some funky mods to the brake levers to run the cables under the tape. Was just wonderig if they were using some of the more obscure components eg Speidel, Gipiemme, probably not Huret. I figure Sedis chains but maybe Regina?
Probably regular mavic rims too - so that's no drama for me, have plenty of those sitting around.

Agree, has to have the reverse front brake.
I agree Dan Lofter's build looks pretty cool but the DA on it just doesn't do it for me - though I have a DA groupset of the era sitting around.
