Bought as a souvenir from my LBS Geoffrey Butler Cycles in the 1980s, tried on then stored - this made in Milano (Cinelli label in neck) Cinelli shirt is approx 22" across the armpits.
The image shows a good shape I think - ask if different required.
£40 posted to a UK address.
