There are urban downhill races that go through the city like in Chile not long ago.

Such tyres are idea for such sources, I just notice the Hookworm we have at work have "downhill" written on the sidewall, of course it could simply be a hint of Slowfurry's cargo build...

Urban DH yes. You have a point there.

I'm guessing the DH is related to them sharing the same carcass as the rest of the DH range. But everything about them points to jumping around on tarmac.
