They are park/urban/BMX tyres. The 26" version is probably based on a DH carcass. But the continuous tread around the sidewalls is for longevity, while slidding off edges etc.
Was gonna say, there ain't many knobs on them hookworms for a DH tyre!
I know that I stopped riding DH over 10yrs ago, but pretty sure they still use 6inch+ full suspension rigs with way slack geometry and although the hookworms might be about the right size, I can't imagine Danny Hart using slicks!
