This is useless to you, but I'm from Northwich, and go back every few months.
I love being back there, great riding around the Cheshire Plain, the forest and so on. Next time I'm back for a decent amount of time I'm going to head out to Parkgate and the Wirral. I'm jealous of you being up there in some ways.
